Job Description:
As a Fleet Manager, you will oversee the management and optimization of our vehicle fleet. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained, operated efficiently, and compliant with safety and legal regulations. You will be responsible for managing budgets, coordinating with drivers, handling maintenance schedules, and improving fleet performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fleet Operations: Manage the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are available for use and in good working condition.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee and schedule regular maintenance and necessary repairs for all fleet vehicles.
- Cost Control: Monitor fuel consumption, repair costs, and other operating expenses to stay within budget.
- Driver Management: Manage driver performance, training, and safety procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all vehicles comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on fleet performance, costs, and operational improvements.
- Fleet Procurement: Assist in purchasing new vehicles and disposing of older, less efficient ones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fleet management systems, and relevant regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and work within financial constraints.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license B or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with electric vehicles or sustainability initiatives.
- Certification in fleet management or related fields (e.g., Fleet Management Professional certification).

Job Summary:
The Cost Controller will be responsible for managing and controlling all costs related to construction projects. This role involves working closely with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that costs are controlled, financial reporting is accurate, and the project stays within the approved budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Planning & Budgeting:
- Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects in collaboration with project managers.
- Monitor project progress to ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget.
Cost Tracking & Control:
- Track project costs and ensure expenditures align with budgeted figures.
- Analyze cost variances and identify areas of overspending.
- Work with procurement teams to manage and control material costs and supplier invoices.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare regular financial reports on the project’s cost status, including variance analysis and forecasts.
- Provide management with accurate, timely, and detailed financial data.
- Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and monitoring project financing requirements.
Change Orders & Variations:
- Review and assess changes to the original scope of work, providing cost estimates for change orders or variations.
- Ensure that all changes are documented and reflected in the overall project budget.
Cost Analysis:
- Perform cost analysis on completed projects to assess the accuracy of initial budgets and cost predictions.
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction on future projects.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and the procurement team to ensure accurate cost tracking.
- Support project managers in making cost-effective decisions throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Audit & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards for cost control.
- Participate in audits and provide necessary financial documentation as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control or financial management in a construction environment.
- Strong understanding of construction project budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Experience with cost management software and project management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Understanding of construction contracts and industry-specific financial practices.
