Restaurant Operation Manager

Working conditions:
- Workplace: Novikov,
- Salary: 1500 + %,
- Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Requirements for candidates:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in upscale or luxury restaurant operations.
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial role within a fine dining or 5-star hotel environment.
- Pre-opening experience in high-end concepts is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards and international hospitality practices.
- Deep understanding of luxury service etiquette and fine dining protocols.
Job responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant;
- Manage, train, and motivate staff, including scheduling shifts;
- Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction at the highest level;
- Monitor sales, costs, and budgets to achieve financial targets;
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly;
- Contribute to menu planning, promotions, and new projects;
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.
