- Podratçıların xərclərinə nəzarət etmək.
- Yeni açılmış mağazaların tikinti və təmir xərclərini yoxlamaq, layihəni bağlamaq və maliyyə şöbəsinə təhvil vermək.
- Digər şöbələrin kommersiya məlumatları ilə təmin etmək.
- Podratçıların ödəniş sənədlərini yoxlamaq və müvafiq maliyyə sistemində qeydiyyatdan keçirmək.
- Rəhbərliyin tapşırdığı digər işlər.
Vəzifənin tələbləri
- Mühasibatlıq, Kommersiya üzrə bakalavr və ya ekvivalent dərəcə.
- Müvafiq vəzifədə ən az 3 il təcrübə.
- Həvəsli və ünsiyyətçil olmalı və bütün fərd növləri və şəxsiyyətlərlə açıq şəkildə ünsiyyət saxlamaq və işləmək bacarığına malik olmalıdır.
- Azərbaycan, İngilis dillərində (intermediate) şifahi və yazılı ünsiyyət, Rus dili biliyi arzu olunandır.
- Yüksək kompüter bacarıqları (Word, Excel).
- Vaxtın səmərəli şəkildə priorotetləşdirilməsi və istifadəsi bacarığı.
- Etibarlı və inamlı, nəzarətsiz işləmək bacarığı.

Summary and Purpose of Role:
Private Label Manager guides and oversees the Private Label division to ensure implementation of the PL strategy in a line with organisation goals and objectives. PL Manager is responsible for development of the private label concept, designing the naming and brand identity of the private labels, searching suppliers for private label products, controlling the supply process. The Manager develops PL-related marketing and merchandising strategies, budgets, sales trends, and profit objectives, as well as ensures that the labels meet sales and profit goals.
Full ownership of end-to-end experience including marketing, analytics, operations and division leadership.
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and instruct Private Label division on development of Brand Book in a close cooperation with Marketing Department;
- Collaborate and active participate in meetings with Category Managers (Fresh Food, Non-Food & HPC and Dry Food) to discuss their needs & requirements for Private Label products;
- Negotiate terms and conditions with foreign and local suppliers for production of private label products in line with set requirements;
- Lead the Private Label Division in initiation, development and implementation of the Private Label products’ marketing & promotion plan in a cooperation with Marketing department;
- Ensure development, implementation and control of merchandising plan in a close cooperation with Operations Department and Commercial Support and Planogram Department to boost the sale’s ratio of Private Label products;
- Lead the Private Label division on cooperation with Food Safety Department to ensure that the Private Label products are in line with required quality standards;
- Networking and active participation in local and international fairs/exhibitions in order to meet perspective producers;
- Provides leadership to direct reports including making decisions on recruiting and future skill set needs, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements to candidate
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience
- Experience in Client Relationship Management
- In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics

Summary and Purpose of Role:
Private Label buyer ensures implementation of the PL strategy in a line with organization goals and objectives. PL Buyer is responsible for searching suppliers for private label products, ensuring effective and timely supply process. The Buyer ensures implementation of PL-related marketing and merchandising strategies, budgets, stock levels, sales trends, and profit objectives.
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research, analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions;
- Analyzing past sales data to anticipate trends in consumer buying pattern;
- Collaborating with trading team to clarify PL purchase requisitions, identify departmental needs, and refine specifications for future purchase orders;
- Sourcing and selecting new products by attending national and international PL fairs and events;
- Investigating and cultivating new sources for supplies and products;
- Building relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing, terms and conditions;
- Evaluating offers in accordance with company’s PL strategy;
- Carrying out complete contract and documentation cycle;
- Processing purchasing transactions according to state and company policies and procedures;
- Solving occurring problems with orders in an efficient and timely manner;
- Updating PL inventory at DC and stores to ensure that stocks are kept at appropriate levels;
- Assisting visual merchandisers in planning PL products layouts in stores to promote key lines;
- Working with advertising department in order to promote PL products;
- Monitoring market changes, competitor prices and products;
- Assessment of new marketing and sales opportunities, presentation of those estimations to the respective management;
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reports and analytics

Requirements to candidate
- Degree in Marketing, (International) Business, Finance or any other related field is an advantage
- Experience in Private Label field (at best, practical experience in a similar position)
- Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies
- Well-developed communicational skills and a customer orientation
- Knowledge about budget management, stock management, procurement, international trade and taxations
- Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes
- Good command of Russian, English, Azerbaijani languages
