Procurement Coordinator

Department: Procurement & Project Cost Control
Job Responsibilities:
- Buying materials/services on behalf of the company and its projects, optimizing costs, observing requested time limits and quality standards;
- Collaborate in defining project vendor list;
- Issue requests for offers on the basis of requests for procurement; must contain instructions necessary for deciding on an adequate and complete offer: technical specifications, general buying conditions and details, time limit for presentation of offer;
- Follow up potential suppliers during preparation phase of tenders and guarantees necessary secrecy during tendering phase;
- Check that supplier accepts the order;
- Inform the unsuccessful vendors on the results of the tender;
- Follow up any subsequent revisions of the order;
- Guarantee that feedback is received on supply quality;
- Check on correct transfer of goods and materials;
- Solicit and help tabulate commercial evaluations from bids;
- Prepare purchase orders, deal with subcontracts, and help with sub-consultant agreements;
- Assist in the execution of online bidding records;
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Superior.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant manufacturing and/or commercial experience;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant role is desirable;
- Good PC knowledge, incl. PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
- Knowledge of standard Procurement Policies and Processes;
- Understanding of the global market;
- Ability to communicate clearly with end users & suppliers;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Financial understanding;
- Collaboration skills with other team members;
- Customer focus;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and/or English languages are preferable.

Social Media Assistant

Job responsibilities:
- Answer and handle customer feedbacks on Bravo’s own social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok etc) which include comments, inbox/directs messages, and wall posts;
- Monitoring Bravo mentions on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok) which include public posts, user stories with #Bravo and @Bravo and news pages, bloggers, media persons, close groups etc.;
- Provide customers with information of Bravo products and services;
- Handle customer complaints via social media, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution; identify and escalate priority issues;
- Register of customer interactions, manage customer accounts and keep file documents.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Working experience in customer service, social media management and other related fields;
- Fluent Azerbaijani, intermediate English language skills;
- Knowledge of MS Office programs;
- High communication skills;
- Customer focus;
- Analysis & problem solving skills;
- Team player.
