Job responsibilities:
- Perform independent testing of internal controls over business processes.
- Work with the Internal Controls Senior Specialist/line manager to support department managers.
- Assist Internal Controls Senior Specialist in running periodic internal controls testing of business environment.
- Conduct business process control reviews related to implementation of business process changes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the Business Process Owners to remediate identified control weaknesses.
- Analyze information and conduct testing to detect deficient, non-existent controls, inefficiencies etc.
- Conduct fraud risk assessments and fraud investigations based on information provided.
- Contribute to the monitoring and maintenance of an effective internal control environment.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 years of relevant experience preferably at Retail sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for communication with managers and business process owners
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to independently solve problems;
- Presentation skills;
- Good personal organisation skills;
- Language skills - Azerbaijani, English
- Computer skills - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel (high level), and PowerPoint).

Junior Cost Control Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for closing of number of construction projects.
- Checking of relevant cost documents.
- Assisting in preparation of relevant cost reports.
- Participate in constructional contract preparation.

Required Qualifications:

Store Development Assistant

Job responsibilities:
- To prepare and issue purchase orders
- To prepare PO reports and maintain accurate records
- To follow up close-out of Purchase Orders i.e. make sure that any cost-increase after PO placement are strictly backed up with relevant amendment to PO;
- To assure that all supplier claims are recorded and reported properly, company approval obtained accordingly
- To analyze changes/revisions to Purchase Orders (PO), make sure that changes are required/approved by management

Procurement Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Buy materials/services on behalf of the company and its projects, optimizing costs, observing requested time limits, and quality standards
- Collaborate in defining project vendor list;
- Issue requests for offers on the basis of requests for procurement , must contain instructions necessary for deciding on an adequate and complete offer: technical specifications, general buying conditions and details, time limit for presentation of offer;
- Follow up potential suppliers during preparation phase of tenders and guarantees necessary secrecy during tendering phase;
- Prepare and conduct negotiations, further checking if detailed technical specifications are guaranteed, also checking whether detailed economical specifications given in the Bidding phase are consistent with those reported in the final contract;
- Check that supplier accepts the order;
- Inform unsuccessful vendors on the results of the tender;
- Follow up any subsequent revisions of the order;
- Guarantee that feedback is received on supply quality;
- Check on correct transfer of goods and materials;
- Issue periodic reports and/or request on progress of activities;
- Assist with agenda development for pre-bid and pre-award meetings for project procurement;
- Help coordinate activities with operations and maintenance team members;
- Solicit and help tabulate commercial evaluations from bids;
- Prepare purchase orders, deal with subcontracts, and help with sub-consultant agreements;
- Assist in the execution of online bidding records;
- Ensuring regional and local input is duly considered in all Global Supply Management Projects;
- Driving implementation and compliance of Global Supply Management Strategies and ensuring that common standards, procedures and processes are followed, and best practices are utilize to improve PO life cycle constantly;
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Superior.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant manufacturing and/or commercial experience;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing role is desirable;
- Good PC knowledge, including MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Word and Excel);
- Knowledge of regulations and laws (Incoterms);
- Good communication, coordination, and organization skills;
- Self-discipline, mature attitudes and behaviors;
- Well organized and proactive;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Commitment to safe working practices, policies, and legislation.
- Enthusiastic and hard working;
