Position Summary:

Junior BI Developer will be responsible for design, development, and deployment of new BI solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
-
Creating , designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions models using our BI platform

Translate business requirements to technical documents

Crafting and executing BI queries upon request for data

Presenting information through reports and visualization
Required Qualifications:
-
Skilled in writing and troubleshooting SQL statements, creating views, and SQL functions
-
Understands different data models like normalized, de-normalized, stars, and snowflake models.

Problem solving, design, debugging, and testing skills
-
Knowledge of report building, BI tools, and ETL process.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
-
Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes in reporting systems across the organization.

Retail Expansion & Leasing Contracts Administrator

Role summary and purpose:
- Negotiating contract terms, preparing contracts, and researching current regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and arrange sign process of RE & Leasing contracts between the company and landlords, including notary contracts;
- Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts;
- Administer all contracts and agreements from begining until completion;
- Ensure contract requirements are met for ROCI, Site visit reports request, commitments, changes, and invoices;
- Receive, record, and file contract documents and correspondence related to the contract. Request all proper documents from Landlord side according to the list of document requirements from Legal department;
- Review any proposed changes to contract terms;
- Request from related department \ Landlord all needed information for signing a contract (topography, layout, object code);
- Ensure that all contract documents are made available and handed over to proper departments;
- Following and completing Contract tracking list, Gantt chart, RE & Leasing follow up lists, other reports related to RE & Leasing department. Update and send mentioned reports to the according Head of department on a weekly basis;
- Update all presented location in strategy MAP (Google Earth);
- Archive and make hard copies of all proper documents\ROCIs\contracts\ project documents\ handover \etc.
- Arrange meetings between Landlord and Legal department for solving any issues related to contract terms or requests from other departments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law or relevant field;
- Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English languages;
- In-depth knowledge of contract documents and legal specifications;
- Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to resolve client complaints and concerns.

Procurement assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange tracking of the orders and requests and keep the current record of the procurement process.
- Coordinate the delivery with logistics department, custom clearance, and declaration filing for the purchased products and services.
- Execute and/or control the material pricing for the estimating and bidding of goods and services.
- Ensure the receipt, logging, and timely execution of purchase orders.
- Manage purchasing, expediting, and shipping sections to meet the needs of the company regarding obtaining goods and services according to company’s construction schedule.
- Direct development of supply sources and database from foreign & local markets to assure product and service quality, delivery timelines, and procedures standards are maintained.
- Explore market, make trend analysis, follow market news, and perform other functions as may be required in procurement process.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent negotiating abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability
- Solid understanding of supply chain concepts and supplier analysis methods.
- Upper intermediate level of English and Russian
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good team player.
- Calm, professional attitude and approach to work.
- Able and willing to advice and support colleagues at all levels.
- Reliable and trustworthy, with the ability to work unsupervised.
