HR Digitalization Specialist

Purpose of the role:
The HR Digitalization Specialist is responsible for leveraging advanced digital tools and systems to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and performance of HR processes. This position will integrate, implement, and ensure the proper functioning of various digital platforms while maintaining data integrity and governance standards. The specialist will provide end-user support and work closely with HR and IT teams to optimize the HR management system.
Job responsibilities:
- Expertly use MS Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power apps for various HR tasks such as data analysis, report generation, automation of tasks, and presentations.
- Utilize PowerShell for scripting and automation purposes, ensuring smooth interfacing of HR systems.
- Oversee the HR Management System, ensuring its optimal use and addressing any technical challenges that arise.
- Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP Success Factors to guarantee seamless HR operations.
- Establish and maintain data governance policies to ensure that HR data is accurate, consistent, and reliable.
- Regularly review and clean HR data, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the HR systems are integrated and aligned with the organization's IT policies and protocols.
- Use MS SharePoint to create, manage, and share content relevant to HR initiatives and projects.
- Provide end-user support for all HR-related digital tools and platforms, ensuring that all users can effectively utilize the systems.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for HR staff on the optimal use of digital tools and best practices.
- Assist with the management and updates of the Active Directory in coordination with the IT team. Ensure that employee data, roles, and permissions are accurately reflected and updated as required.
- Utilize Power BI and other analytical tools to extract insights from HR data. Create visually compelling reports and dashboards for HR metrics and KPIs.
- Apply statistical methods to HR data for predictive analysis and strategic planning.
- Liaise with the helpdesk team to address HR-specific technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions and minimal disruption to HR operations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in HR technology and digital tools. Recommend and implement upgrades or new tools to enhance HR processes.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Power Automate, Power apps, MS Sharepoint, and PowerShell.
- Experience with SAP Success Factors and HR Management Systems.
- Understanding of data governance and data integrity best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and end-user support.
