Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate and provide reasonable assurance that risk management, internal control and governance systems are functioning as intended and will enable the organization’s objectives and goals to be met.

Develop, implement, and maintain internal control policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practices.

Communicate compliance policies and guidelines to Management and designated departments.
-
Analyze and update existing compliance policies and related documentation.
-
Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
-
Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.
-
Keep up with compliance requirements and amendments to regulations.
-
Perform compliance audits and compiling reports.
-
Assist higher-level staff with follow-up, verify and evaluate the adequacy of post-audit corrective actions by re-examining procedures, observe revised processes.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, or related field.
-
3+ years’ proven experience in a compliance, internal control, business process management role.

Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
-
Highly-analytical with strong attention to details.

Presentation skills;
-
Good personal organization skills;
-
Team Player;
-
Language skills – Azerbaijani and English.

Computer skills - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel (high level), Outlook and PowerPoint).
