We are a fast-growing SaaS and AI solutions provider, delivering cutting-edge products that empower businesses through automation, intelligent analytics, and digital transformation. We’re expanding our reach and looking for a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join us remotely from Baku.
Role Summary: The Business Development Specialist will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying high-potential leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. You will work closely with the product and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs and market trends within the AI and SaaS ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B leads through outbound and inbound channels;
- Build a strong pipeline of clients across various sectors seeking SaaS or AI-driven solutions;
- Conduct high-level product presentations and software demos for prospective clients;
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions;
- Collaborate with the product team to stay up to date on features, integrations, and AI capabilities;
- Track sales metrics, pipeline status, and conversions using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce);
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to propose new opportunities or improvements;
- Represent the company in virtual industry events, webinars, and customer success sessions;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields;
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in SaaS, AI, or tech services;
- Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into paying clients;
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models, B2B sales cycles, and AI applications;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Turkish or Russian is a plus);
- Tech-savvy, self-driven, and comfortable with remote work environments;
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and sales automation tools;
