Candidate requirements:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, mathematics, statistics or other related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive in acquiring new knowledge and skills
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the accurate collection of information and entry into databases
- Some years of experience working in the insurance industry or as an administrative assistant, or a related job is a plus
Main job responsibilities and job information:
- Correspond with clients and partners via phone, email and in-person to collect and analyze reinsurance information that facilitates the risk assessment process and provides underwriting support
- Document and communicate slips approvals or rejections to the underwriting team, brokers, partners in a timely manner
- Compile data and analytics for reports that can advise guidelines and whether coverage should be provided
- Serve as the liaison for underwriters and customers in order to track, manage, and prioritize reinsurance applications and other services
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within underwriting software programs by verifying all documents for accuracy and completion in order to provide sound policy recommendations to prospective and existing customers

Working conditions:
- An employment contract is concluded.

- Working schedule: Monday - Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00; Saturdays and Sundays, public holidays and national days of mourning are non-working days.
