Summary: The CRM Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development and reinforcement of a customer centric culture across different areas of the business ensuring the correct localization and execution of the global CRM strategy for the Market territory.
Reports to: CRM & BI Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Build campaign flows in the CRM tool;
- Measure and report the efficiency of CRM campaigns (ROI, response rate etc.);
- Provide AB test of pre-defined versions;
- Analyze the digital sales process to identify abandonment, bounce rates in sales funnels;
- Analyze and interpret large datasets by using SQL to derive meaningful analytical solutions and actionable insights;
- Provide report of CRM KPIs
Requirements:
- Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, statistics, economics etc.);
- At least two years of experience in CRM, IT related positions;
- Experience in CRM or marketing automation tools (preferably Optimove);
- Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries are required;
- Experience in development, tuning of forecasting and predictive models are advantages;
- Sound knowledge of marketing analytics terms;
- Digital marketing experience;
- Business acumen;
- Detail oriented;
- Creative and data driven mindset;
- Eagerness to learn new tools and skills;
- Interest in sport and virtual games is preferred

Contact Center Specialist

Summary: Answer and dial out calls, respond to incoming calls from the customers to answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle complaints regarding the organization’s products or services.
Reports to: Contact Center Manager
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries and requests received through communication channels such as; social media, email, phone, etc.
- Analyze the problems encountered and tell the solutions to customers and potential customers;
- Record all incoming inquiries or outgoing calls from customers in the appropriate program;
- Send complaints and suggestions from customers to the relevant departments;
- Communicate with customers related to sales activities and achieve targeted sales objectives;
- Inform the supervisor in case of any contingency;
- Perform other tasks given by the heads of structures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Working experience in operations and call center department
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication in Azeri and Russian
- Strong computer skills in office programs
- Flexibility to work various shifts

Business Intelligence and Reporting Specialist

Summary: Specialist that responsible for innovative and tech-savvy analytics to plan and oversee our business intelligence and analytics strategies. Derive valuable insights for our distributors, retailers, and online channels, develop and implement analytics solutions, track key performance metrics to improve business performance and present daily / weekly / monthly reports to senior management.
Reports to: Business Intelligence and Reporting Manager
Key responsibilities:
- To develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, clean, standardize data that helps to produce insights and addresses analytic and reporting needs.
- To apply statistics and data modeling to gain actionable business insights and boost field productivity and revenue.
- To generate reports of findings and present these to senior management.
- To design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards for key business areas.
- To maintain and modify reports as business needs change, as well as when problems arise.
- To keep abreast of industry best practices and policies.
Requirements:
- BS/BA in a relevant field (analytics, business, finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, etc.).
- Knowledge of MS Excel, SQL (DQL), MS Power BI, Power Query.
- Knowledge of DAX, OLAP will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills.
