Vacancy: Contract Management Specialist
Reports to: Supply Chain and Demand Manager
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage contractual agreements between company and vendors
- Analyze, negotiate, and execute contracts for various procurement and supply activities
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Maintain contract-related documents and correspondence
- Maintain and control contract-related payment issues
- Present contract information to relevant parties, such as stakeholders
- Troubleshoot contract-related problems, such as breach of contract
- Keep track of contracts and extend, renew, or close them out
- Assist with the employer's compliance with mandatory standards
- Stay informed about changes to relevant rules and regulations
- Prepare and submit periodical reports to Procurement and Supply Chain Manager
Requirements:
- High education is preferable
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Azeri, English, Turkish (will be an advantage)
- General computer knowledge including the use the Microsoft Office programs.
- SAP knowledge is essential
