Lead Economist/Economist of the Cost Control Department

Responsibilities:
- Perform financial and non-financial cost-benefit analysis;
- Develop and implement strategies to control costs and improve cost efficiency;
- Conducting detailed analyses of costs to identify areas where savings can be made or where expenditures are higher than expected via involvement in analyzing cost drivers, cost structures, and cost behavior patterns;
- Perform various types of cost control procedures;
- Assist in estimating costs for new projects, initiatives, or investments. Provide accurate cost estimates to support decision-making and project planning processes;
- Identify inefficiencies in cost control processes and implement improvements to enhance effectiveness and Review policies and procedures of internal processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Higher education (Any field);
- Language skills: Azerbaijani language - fluent; English language – high level;
- Software knowledge: Excel; Word; PowerPoint; Outlook;
- Communication skills (oral and written);
- Negotiation skills;
- Decision-Making skills;
- Ability to solve problems;
- Presentation skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to think strategically.
