We are looking to hire a Finance Director with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Finance Director is expected to be detail-oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, have strong problem-solving skills, and an investigative nature.
To ensure success, Finance Director should have a deep commercial awareness, strong numeracy skills, and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of an organization. Top candidates will have outstanding communication and report writing skills with superb technical ability and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Establish accounting and finance policies, plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects
- Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
- Manage audits and tax preparations
- Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions
- Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance.
- Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking and reports.
- Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
- Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
- Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.
- Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
Requirements:
- MBA degree in finance/accounting.
- Having experience in production company and ERP implementation is an advantage
- Good knowledge of international financial reporting standards.
- Professional certification – ACCA, CFA or CIMA
- Min. 10 years of work experience in finance, min. 5 years as manager role.
- Thorough understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systmes and other financial planning software.
Working Conditions:
- In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building.
- Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week, from 9:00 to 18:00).
- The company daily provides free service transportations from/to different locations (such as, Koroglu m/s, Bakikhanov, Amirdjan, Mardakan, Bina, Surakhani and so on).
- Free parking for ones who uses personal cars.

Food and Beverage Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking to hire a Food and Beverage Warehouse Coordinator with strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with experience in managing food and beverage stock in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and update stock levels regularly, conduct periodic counts, and manage stock rotation to reduce spoilage.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain timely and accurate distribution of goods.
- Ensure all food products are stored according to safety and hygiene standards, including temperature control and contamination prevention.
- Inspect and report on food quality, working closely with quality control to resolve any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse layout to optimize storage space and accessibility.
- Train and guide warehouse staff on food safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Maintain records of inventory levels, shipments, and compliance checks for internal and external audits.
- The role requires working in a warehouse environment with potential exposure to varying temperatures.
- Occasional lifting and handling of materials may be required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Azerbaijani (native); good level of Russian and English is required for communication and reporting.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics (specifically in Food and Beverage sector), with a track record of overseeing large-scale warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and 1C for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area
- Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week).
- Salary: 3000-3500 AZN (net)
