As the Head of Processed Grain Sales, you will be responsible for selling grains, pricing, B2B agreements, managing sales teams at feed locations, setting sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:
- Establish achievable sales targets based on market conditions, production capacities, and business objectives.
- Set prices and performance expectations for the sales teams in alignment with the overall sales strategy.
- Create comprehensive project plans, budgets, and strategies for assigned projects.
- Facilitate all aspects stakeholder management, scheduling, team meetings, budget, and communications to ensure all milestones and launch targets are met.
- Follow the sector trends in global markets and to support business development activities related to potential overseas projects in line with company policies.
- Compile periodic market developments and project status reports for advising top management and providing strategic insights regarding potential risks, opportunities, and other aspects of the process.
- Carry out necessary analyses about the projects and develop implementation proposals.
- Develop a comprehensive sales plan that outlines the objectives, strategies, and tactics to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with other departments and key clients to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of commercial activities.
- Monitor the performance management process for the team, including establishing goals and objectives, and conducting performance reviews.
- Identify areas of development for the team and arrange the necessary training sessions.
What we want you to have:
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the agriculture or commodity trading industry
- Strong understanding of commodity markets, pricing dynamics, and supply-demand factors
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of business features in the B2B and service sales segment.
- Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to make quick decisions, motivating and developing employees are essential.
- Proven track record in market expansion, sales strategy development, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Track record of taking ownership and being accountable for decisions and outcomes
