Music Gallery brand electronics store operating under "AQA Group of Companies" announces the vacancy of "Commercial Manager"
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement the business process based on the company's strategy and goals;
- Constantly monitor the provision of market research;
- Provide research by category for alternative range provision;
- Determine and apply the price policy;
- Keeping the procurement process under control, ensuring efficiency;
- Define and present the standards of segmentation and analytics to managers;
- Providing forecasts and ensuring the continuous implementation of the plan based on the strategy;
- Provide guidance to managers in setting goals and planning to support marketing and category departments;
- Ensuring the creation of standards for variety management in stores and warehouses;
- Organizing and managing campaigns;
- Oversee stock planning;
- Oversee and schedule product presentations and training;
- To lead the team and supervise work activities;
- Directing the sales team towards the goals, keeping the team's motivation high;
- Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the management.
Requirements:
- Higher education (in the fields of marketing, business, economy, finance);
- Work experience in purchasing, category fields;
- At least 3 years of work experience in the management position in the sales field;
- High-level knowledge of MS Office software;
- Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing;
- Professional management skills;
- Analitical skills;
- Should be aware of market prices and competitiveness;
- Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English
