Responsibilities:
- Project planning and management
- Communication with clients - reporting clients about the process of project implementation
- Designing survey instruments (guides, questionnaires)
- Preparing required documents within the project (project planning, budgeting, etc.)
- Management of project team and activities
- Analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
- Writing final analytical report
- Presentation of research results
- Working out recommendations
- Communication with head office
- Presentation of final results of the research project to client
Core competencies:
- Higher education (priority is given to marketing, psychology, sociology, economics, statistics)
- At least 2 years of experience in research or marketing field
- Knowledge of basic mathematics
- Proficiency in Microsoft office programs
- Experience with SPSS program is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Azeri, Russian and English
- Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skill - ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
