Job Functions:
- Development of the financial model of the company's portfolio and its constant support;
- Preparation of recommendations for investment in existing assets and new businesses, withdrawal and return of assets, monitoring of implementation;
- Preparation of general recommendations for long-term capital allocation plan and annual investment plan;
- Recommendations on changing the financing structure, monitoring of implementation;
- Participation in the analysis and decision-making of projects included in the company's overall portfolio.
- Experience in financial modeling and key investment indicators;
- Advanced skills in creating reports and presentations, creating packages to support investment decisions.
Requirements:
- Higher education (higher education in Business, Economics and Finance);
- 3 years of work experience in the relevant field (work experience means work experience in the field of finance, economic analysis, investment analysis, management in the oil and gas sector experience in consulting and strategic planning is an advantage.);
- Those with relevant certification achievements (ACCA, CFA, CIMA, etc.) are preferred.

Job Functions:
- Analysis of the group strategic plan and development of investment strategies resulting from it;
- Analyzing various investment opportunities and capital investment projects by building detailed financial models;
- Verification of investment theses, evaluation models, project plans and investment memoranda submitted by group companies and ensuring compliance with internal procedures;
- Prioritization of projects and preparation of capital investment budgets;
- Organization of the audit (due diligence) process within the framework of possible company purchase and mergers (M&A) projects;
- Preparation of investment presentations, investment recommendation letters and memoranda and participation in discussions;
- Conducting discussions with potential partners, performing tasks on evaluating PSA agreements from an investment perspective;
- Analyzing business plans of group companies and making proposals.
- Collection of initial data on investment projects and establishment of initial evaluation tables on Excel;
- Control of compliance of the prepared investment documentation with accepted procedures;
- Creation of NPV and IRR models for justifying capital requirements;
- Analysis of financial accounts for business directions;
- Prioritization of investment projects in accordance with the accepted criteria;
- Conducting industrial analyzes on segments of the oil and gas industry, collecting relevant benchmark indices and statistical data.
Requirements:

Sales/Tendering Specialist

Roles and responsibilities:
- Research and disseminate information on potential customers, supplier related activities, cost and schedule of designated project with local team.
- Monitor the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance
- Ensure all relevant documents are established and submitted to suppliers along with enquiries.
- Act as the link between sales team and different counterparts; join customer and supplier visits, when necessary

Requirements:

- Experience with collecting competitive information, identify weakness and compare them to our strong features/benefits
- Excellent command of the English language, Azerbaijan language.
- Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office

PSCM Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:
- To source all requested products and services.
- To place and follow-up on PO s.
- To manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution.
- To manage problems and schedule changes. Update ERP.
- To assess supplier capabilities and make recommendations on supplier acceptability.
- To understand strategies for assigned commodities & proactively drive initiatives to meet sourcing objectives under supervision.

- To be responsible for critical functions within the Department and capable of mentoring and assisting employees within the department;

Minimum qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience as Chief Accountant in a reputable company, O&G preferable
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Azerbaijan Tax Code
- Have an international accounting certifications: ACCA, CPA, CIMA or like
- Have working experience with SAP or like ERP

Main responsibilities:
- Schedules, plans and oversees the entire program of work
