Location - Baku, Babek Plaza Business Centre
Salary: based on the candidate’s qualifications
Schedule: remote, with one office visit per week
Contract: In accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Probation Period: 3 months

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations including income, expenses, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Develop and monitor budgets, comparing actual performance against planned results.
- Conduct cost optimization and efficiency analysis to improve financial performance.
- Strengthen and monitor internal control systems and assist with risk management.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decisions.
- Manage and forecast cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Work with financial and ERP systems (e.g., 1C, SAP, or similar software).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial software (1C, SAP, or similar).
- Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken).
