Leading Recruiting and Career Planning Specialist

Main job responsibilities:
- Devise and execute an effective recruitment strategy meet business requirements;
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and have a very deep understanding of actual business needs for the hire and providing instructions based on acquired experience in the recruitment process if needed;
- Identification of potential applicants and establishing communication with them, utilizing various internal and external channels (portals, social media platforms, and professional networks) to attract high-level talents;
- Reviewing the resumés, conducting phone interviews, and face-to-face interviews to comprehensively assess candidates, including evaluating qualifications and skills;
- Developing and strengthening relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to expand our talent network;
- Staying aware of industry trends and best practices in recruitment, talent acquisition, and career planning and actively proposing innovative approaches to strengthen our recruitment processes;
- Evaluating the recruitment process based on metrics and preparing accurate and timely reports;
- Execution of the activities closely associated with the Career Management System;
- Participation in determining the critical roles, conducting succession management processes, and executing career maps;
- Actively involving in the execution of internship programs.
Job requirements:
- Higher education (BA/Master degree with an emphasis in HR or equivalent);
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting/talent acquisition experience;
- In-depth knowledge of closing difficult to fill roles as well as attractive passive candidates;
- Excellent sourcing, networking, screening, interviewing, and hiring skills;
- Previous experience with conducting various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates;
- Extensive understanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems;
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and practices;

- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian is preferred;
- Having international certificates (SHRM, CIPD, PHR, etc.) is preferable.
