Work Schedule: Part-time work schedule.
Requirements and skills:
- A Bachelor of Science in Engineering;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and risks;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to work on tight deadlines;
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English is crucial.
Preferences:
- Educational background in Petroleum Engineering;
- 3+ years of experience in engineering or operations within the oil and gas industry;
- Knowledge of Russian language.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services;
- Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities;
- Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs;
- Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients;
- Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients;
- Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up to date on new technologies and trends;
- Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them;
- Possess a thorough understanding of the company's products, oil and gas industry competition and market positioning.
