- 5-day working week; 09:00 - 16:00

Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot problems related to desktop/laptop systems, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Support operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common business applications (e.g., MS Office, email clients).
- Respond to support tickets, phone calls, emails, or in-person requests in a timely manner.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff if needed.
- Document issues and maintain logs of user interactions and resolutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, software, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights in systems like Active Directory.
- Enforce IT policies related to data security, backups, and software licensing.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment.
- Create and update documentation for troubleshooting guides, procedures, and FAQs.
- Provide basic IT training to users on new systems or tools as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a helpdesk, IT support, or customer service role.
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English language, Russian language is preferred.
- Must be stress-resistant, honest and analytical.
- Communication skills, attentiveness, activity, responsibility
- Computer skills - MS Office, Word, Excel necessary.
