Job Summary: The Assistant Tax Manager is responsible for the accounting process related to statutory regulations in Azerbaijan, support in specific areas of tax compliance (support to the Hubs, administration of E-tax portal and other related tasks (fiscal backup to AP, AR and Intercompany transactions)) and implementation of other tax plans.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
- Provide subsystem control of statutory and fiscal values including fixed asset fiscal values.
- Review customs, value added tax and excise tax compliance.
- Assist in preparation of statutory and fiscal reporting.
- Review intercompany agreements and supporting documentation.
- Support field tax audits as required.
- Support to ad-hoc inquiries from tax authorities as required.
- Assist the Tax Manager on special projects.
Prior Experience required: 5+ years.
Salary will range between: 2700 – 3100 NET depending on experience.
