Personal Assistant to the CEO

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Salary: 2000 AZN net
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and business engagements.
- Handle and prioritize correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
- Organize and oversee travel arrangements, including flight bookings, visas, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on key action points.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, as well as external stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive business and personal information.
- Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events and engagements.
- Undertake other administrative and executive tasks as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar high-level administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
