Sales/Tendering Specialist
Roles and responsibilities:
• Research and disseminate information on potential customers, supplier related activities, cost and schedule of designated project with local team.
• Monitor the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance
• Ensure all relevant documents are established and submitted to suppliers along with enquiries.
• Act as the link between sales team and different counterparts; join customer and supplier visits, when necessary
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
• Review received Material/Service Requisition and verify accuracy
• Support the business by ensuring management and teams are provided with sufficient data, analysis and support for plans, business initiatives to enable performance delivery and enhanced decision-making.
• Proactively seek more business development tasks and projects.
• Follow Company related policies and standards
Requirements
• Degree in business management or equivalent qualification/ experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Proven sales success of strategic sales.
• Experience with collecting competitive information, identify weakness and compare them to our strong features/benefits
• Excellent command of the English language, Azerbaijan language.
• Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiations skills

Materials Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To perform warehousing duties in accordance with prescribed storage plans, maintain stock control system, to book in deliveries and deal with the day-to-day control of the company's stock.
- Maintains accurate records of all stock movement ;
- To manage stock codes, stock specifications and descriptions held in the system and used for stock balancing;
- To undertake and to co-ordinate all delivery schedules in accordance with pre-determined operating procedures;
- To record all completed and uncompleted deliveries and undertake delivery confirmation procedures;
- To maintain accurate records of all stock movement ;
- To investigate and correct any anomalies in stock levels ;
- To ensure that all stock is clearly labeled with it's relevant SAP stock code ;
- Prepares items for shipment and ensures appropriate and effective packing of items in conjunction with coordinating transport.
- Follows established procedures to ensure achievement of quality, safety, and security standards.
- Assists the Finance Department with certain purchase ledger activities.
- To purchase goods and services within established limits.
- To contact suppliers for price quotes, to prepare requisitions, to check accuracy of funding information;
- To contact vendors to obtain availability and product characteristic information or to solicit bids; to develop requests for quotations and to confer with vendors concerning new products, damaged goods, delayed payments or related information;
- To dispense to staff stock when required;
- To return all faulty items, still within warranty, back to the manufacturers ;
Education/Experience and Qualification:
- High school diploma.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in relevant field.
- To be aware of ERP systems.
- Experience in oil and gas industry is strongly preferred.
- Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages
- Knowledge of MS. Office Programs

Position: Warehouseman
Job Responsibilities
- Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location.
- Maintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and provide management with an accurate representation of all goods shipped and received.
- Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent condition.
- Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to management.
- Properly pack items to be shipped according to company standards to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
- Organize and sort items on shelving, bins and overhangs according to company standards.
- Accurately maintain company database including all stock and warehouse items.
- Reliably retrieve items from within the warehouse to be processed and shipped.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Forklift Operation Certificate
- Previous working experience as a Warehouse Worker for min 1 year.
- Hands on experience with inventory and logistics software programs
- Team player
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in oil and gas industry is strongly preferred.
