Senior Finance Consultant
Key accountabilities:
• Independently perform monthly accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
• Coordinate with accounting team to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to IT team for performance improvements.
• Provide financial reports and statements for management review.
• Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within a set timeframe.
• Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
• Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
• Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the accountants when needed.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
• Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
• Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
• Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.
• Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled
• Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll.
Required skills/experience:
• Higher education preferably in Accounting & Finance or Math;
• Professional experience of 5+ years in related field;
• Good knowledge of national taxation law;
• Excellent accounting software user (1C);
• Excellent skills of MS Office programs;
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality;
• Strong work ethics.

Finance Consultant
Key accountabilities:
• Controlling accounts receivable and accounts payable in accordance with set procedures;
• Working with Internet Banking System, control over bank entries, bank posting, bank statements;
• Preparation of financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement);
• Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual Tax Reports;
• Preparation and submission of SSPF reports;
• Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual Statistical reports;
• Process full-cycle payroll according to government legislation and company policies;
• Correspondence with tax authorities.
Required skills/experience:
• Higher education preferably in Accounting & Finance or Math;
• Professional experience 3-4 years in construction;
• Good knowledge of national taxation law;
• Excellent accounting software user (1C);
• Excellent skills of MS Office programs;
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality;
• Strong work ethics.
