Job Description
- Advice, mentor and support the Contractor for all aspects of construction HSSE;
- Support the overall construction;
- Implement HSSE Department Policy and initiatives as directed by the HSSE Site Manager;
- Review Contractor’s HSSE documentation. Monitor and ensure implementation of the Contractor’s approved HSSE Plan;
- Assist the HSSE Site Manager in the collection of Safety Statistics from Contractors and issue Safety Performance Statistics as needed for reports;
- Monitor project Safety program to ensure it supports construction progress;
- Evaluate the Subcontractor’s HSSE performance on an on-going basis. Make recommendations for improvement to the HSSE Site Manager;
- Provide training in subjects in which he is competent to act as an instructor and as directed by the HSE Site Manager;
- Assist personnel in identifying potential hazards and the appropriate controls to reduce risk to an acceptable level;
- Perform audits/inspections to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Assist in the reporting, investigation of incidents including near misses and at-risk observations as well as assisting in the tracking to closure of open items resulting from the investigations;
- Provide dedicated HSSE support and subject-matter experts during “major work” operations, major construction operations (including heavy lifts) and major well work;
- Ensure that safety related equipment is installed correctly and is operating as intended;
- Facilitate drills/exercises to assess adequacy of existing processes and procedures;
- Provide training to employees and contractors on oil spill response plans and emergency procedures;
- Attend and participate in well work “spud meetings” to pre-job identify safety/compliance issues to address simultaneous operational risks proactively;
- Conduct HSE needs assessment and identifying skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed;
- Identifying HSE mentoring and training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of personnel;
- Translating HSE requirements into learning/teaching opportunities that will groom employees for safe and efficient operations;
- Assist the Site HSSE Manager in any duty he shall perform;
- Identify and report on a daily basis unsafe situations and unsafe acts;
- Take immediate action to correct unsafe situations or initiate corrective measures;
- Ensure the documentation of personnel and certificates of equipment are available and valid before entering the site;
- Attend periodical or special HSSE meetings as required;
- Assist in the performance of risk assessment;
- Participate in EPCM or Employer scheduled work area audits or inspections and implement and document required corrective actions;
- Check that the field equipment inspection program has been implemented and tags/ labels have been provided;
- Check that personal protection equipment is suitable for the use for which it is intended;
- Distribute to Construction Contractors standards, procedures or any other document that may be required to organize works safely;
- Carry out inspections to ensure compliance with Construction Contractors HSSE Plans;
- EPCM HSSE Plans, Employer requirements and National and local regulations;
- Support for the preparation of periodic HSSE reports, ensuring their distribution in a timely manner;
- Ensure workers’ welfare is maintained.

QA/QC Document Controller

Job Description
- Reports to the Project QA/QC Manager;
- Ensures that all controlled Quality documents related to the Project are maintained to the latest issue, and that these documents are made available at all locations where operations essential to the effective functioning of the Quality Management System are performed;
- Verify that only the last revision drawings, submittals, etc. are distributed to all locations and involved parties concerned including sub-contractors;
- Ensure that all obsolete documents shall be withdrawn and stamped ‘Superseded’ if retained for record purposes;
- Maintain QA/QC documents distribution record;
- Control & maintain the system for issuance recording / filing,tracking, Retrieval of documents like procedures, plans, QA/QC records, Specifications, drawings and related documents;
- Responsibilities include record keeping, all documents such as specification procedures, inspection schedule, RFIs and records, inspection release notice and quality records book with numbering system according to project procedure. Controlling all records and sub-contractors documents;
- Prepare all documents based on the quality procedures for internal and external audit. Transmittal of drawings, quality procedures, related documentation to the concerned subcontractors, departments and Employer;
- Maintaining all QA/QC correspondence and other transmittals from the Employer and the Subcontractors in a systematic way to facilitate an easy reference at all time;
- Well aware of all types of quality documents like ITP, Checklist, RFI, method statements, Nonconformance report, Technical queries, Material Approval Request, Hydro test packages and other miscellaneous project contract documents;
- Preparing and update of various logs and registers;
- Preparation of monthly reports and periodical reports of KPIs.

Planning Engineer / Coordinator

Job Description
• Verify if all the approved milestone and network changes have been incorporated into the Level 3 schedule.
• Produce Level 3 Schedule according to the Contractual Milestone/ Key dates or Monitor and validate Level 3 Schedule updates according to the periodicity established and / or agreed with the Client.
• Prepare and update the Level 3 Schedule to Planning Manager. Receiving Subcontractor‟s submitted L4 (Progress Steps), He/She will integrate Level 4 schedules into Level 3, in order to be integrated in Progress Control System (PCS).
• Inform to Planning and Production Control Manager of the results and possible impacts.
• Set up and check major engineering and material derivable susceptible to cause impact in Level 3 Schedule.
• Based on the above explained, He/She will develop a report with PCS including, at least, the following:
• Preparation of Work-Front
• Critical path identification.
• Necessary resource identification 4) Necessary activities to achieve completion.
• To develop charts and possible trends for the Project.
• Identification and monitoring each work package (from L3).
• Together with construction area managers, He/She will analyze the Work-Front (L3) schedule in order to provide the remedial actions required.
• Will study any deviation, as per achieved progress, and issue a report showing the activities on advance or delayed referred to the schedule.
• Study any deviation in the progress achieved and give support to Construction Supervision team.

Civil Supervisor (Scaffolding)

Job Description
- Ensure that the works related to Civil Scaffolding and/or geographical area are performed in accordance with the pre-set program and budgets established to Subcontractors. He/She assumes all responsibilities related to the Civil operations in the absence of Construction Manager.
- On a weekly basis, He/She revises all the programs with its team and the Planning Engineer in order to analyze the Civil Scaffolding works progress.
- Ensures that all Civil Scaffolding works related to his scope are carried out in accordance with the specifications and engineering plans as well as the established Health, Safety and Environmental provisions for the Project.
- Assume the HSE responsibilities related to Civil Scaffolding works established in the Site HSE Plan and/or procedures required for the Project.
- Collaborate with Quality Team during inspection activities as a complementary and coordinated statement.
- Compile QC formats and check that all activities performed by Subcontractor are in accordance with quality requirements established by TR Civil Scaffolding Supervisors involved in Inspection & Tests.
- Ensures that Subcontractors are insured in accordance with the contractual requirements and that no work is performed at site prior to the reception of related insurance coverage.
- Collaborates in preparing the Monthly Civil Scaffolding Progress Report.
- Give support to Pre-Commissioning, Hand Over & Start Up activities for Punch List Closure, reinstallation and craft support as required by Pre-Commissioning Team
- Collaborate with Construction Manager for the Closure of Construction Subcontracts.
