Analyst / Senior analyst

Responsibilities:
- Research on quality of education, dynamics of job market, digital skills development;
- Analysis and monitoring of educational services for Digital Academy and TechNest (including international and local vendors);
- Gathering facts and analyzing data from various sources;
- Extracting key messages from research in a clear and concise way;
- Assisting the Digital Academy and TechNest teams in building presentations and reports;
- Providing input in meetings with partners and potential vendors;
- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders during workshops and interviews.
Requirements:
- Markets and products research experience, preferably focus on IT, telecom, education;
- At least 2 years of experience in consulting, preferably top-tier international companies;
- Fluent written and verbal knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages, Russian is an advantage;
- Advanced presentation skills;
- Excel modelling skills;
- Power BI / SQL / Python as an advantage.
