JOB DIMENSIONS / CONTEXT
Context and Environment:
- The Absheron Conventional Gas & Condensates field is located offshore Azerbaijan Republic in the Caspian Sea in 500 meters depth, at about 100km southeast of Baku, 25km north-east of Shah Deniz field and 34km south of Oil Rocks production and processing facilities. The project aims at supplying natural gas for both domestic market via Sangachal main facilities (condensate) and for international export market via the South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP).
- Job Dimension: This position is starting from the FEED phase sanction with the possibility to continue to the EPC phase until the completion of the Development phase including Project close-out.
- The Interface Lead is responsible for managing the technical and contractual interfaces across the various packages of the FEED and then EPC project.
- The job holder will perform this work in accordance with JOCAP, TotalEnergies and Project rules, guidelines and procedures.
- The Job holder support the execution of the Absheron FFD Project including, the safe and efficient execution of the work in accordance with the relevant legislation, policies and procedures. This includes adhering to the Company Code of Conduct, Vision, Values and Behaviours, as supported by the Safe System of Working including Accountability of Safety.
- The Job Holder will have numerous interfaces with other disciplines and entities including the partner BP at the Sangachal main facilities and the Azeri TSO for the AzerEnergy Grid connection to the CPS plant electrical substation.
ACTIVITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
The job holders must possess strong experience in Project Interface Management for Oil and Gas project. She or He will be in charge of the interface management system.
The job holder shall:
Set up the interface management system during FEED and then EPC phase within the Team and with the different contractors
Ensure that interface management is well defined in the FEED and EPC contracts and liaise with the contract lead and engineer
Ensure that all interfaces are well identified and establish and maintain the Interface Matrix (for all interfaces, including Level 3 interfaces).
To allocate a leadership (responsible entity) to all identified interfaces and designating the appropriate Interface Engineer for leading it.
Ensure compilation of each Interface Register into the project interface register
To ensure that all information related to Interfaces is kept up to date, in line with the Integration activities and configuration, and that all parties are kept informed of activities and decisions relevant to their function.
To inform and report to the Project Management and concerned organizations of critical issues (for all interfaces, including Level 3 interfaces) to enable effective targeting of resources towards the resolution of critical interfaces and minimizing risks to the Project.
To seek the resolution of the conflict in a manner that minimizes the risks to the Project; where agreement cannot be reached at Interface Management level, the problem is escalated to the management level.
To escalate interface management issues as required to the Third-Party Interfaces Manager and the Project Coordinator when appropriate.
To request support of other departments when necessary; and to organize specific coordination interface meeting, whenever appropriate.
Able to work in large, collaborative teams with multiple site and partners.
Work with risk and opportunity lead to identify and follow main risks and opportunities
HSE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Take reasonable care of own Health and Safety and that of Others who may be affected by their acts at work
- Know responsibilities to environmental issues in the work areas

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Minimum Education: Engineer/ Master, Construction management or any other relevant qualifications.
Minimum Experience: 10+ years proven experience in major oil and gas project.
- Proficiency in technical competences and functional knowledge in interface management.
- Required Skills /Certifications :
- Major Oil and Gas project developments knowledge and experience.
- Past experience in Interface management of complex oil and gas project.
- Technical knowledge of oil and gas project
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions, meet deadlines and deliver good quality work with high levels of accuracy
- High level of interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with ability to actively interact and work with stakeholders across the organization
- Experience on large-scale complex capital projects thru to handover to operations phase
- Proven ability to work within a project management framework, and initiate, implement, monitor and evaluate extensive projects and programs in accordance with corporate/group goals.
- Experience in a local government environment.
- Ability to work within parameters of business policies, procedures, guidelines, work practices, and delegations, and to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must have at least ten (10) years of experience in a similar position for international Oil & Gas industries.
- TotalEnergies experience is an added advantage.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent English mandatory.
- Azerbaijani language skills is an advantage.
Localization
Position is at FEED contractor ( UK) for 13 months then at EPC contractor location or Baku ( TBC).

Job Dimension:
- This position is starting from the Absheron Full Field Development (FFD) FEED phase sanction until the completion of the Development phase including Project close-out.
- Budget/Cost Control Lead to support the execution of the Absheron FFD Project including, the safe and efficient execution of the work in accordance with the relevant legislation, policies and procedures. This includes adhering to the Company Code of Conduct, Vision, Values and Behaviours, as supported by the Safe System of Working including Accountability of Safety.
- The Budget and Cost Control Lead is responsible for monitoring and managing financial expenditures within the Project organization, analyze costs, identify potential overruns, and implement strategies to control expenses, contributing to effective financial management.
- The job holder will perform this work in accordance with JOCAP or TotalEnergies and Project rules, guidelines and procedures.

- Implement and refine cost control strategies.
- Review and approve project budgets to ensure alignment with financial objectives and constraints.
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
- Assist PCM manager to evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to optimize costs and enhance project profitability.
- Support the Change Management process implemented by being pro-active in early cost identification of deviations and corrective actions.

SPS Engineer
SITUATION IN ORGANIZATION
Position to report: SPS Lackage Lead Present job holder: new recruitment
JOB DIMENSIONS / CONTEXT
Context:
The Absheron Conventional Gas & Condensates field is located offshore Azerbaijan Republic in the Caspian Sea in 500 meters depth, at about 100km southeast of Baku, 25km north-east of Shah Deniz field and 34km south of Oil Rocks production and processing facilities. The project aims at supplying natural gas for both domestic market via Sangachal main facilities (condensate) and for international export market via the South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP).
Job dimension:
This position is starting from the FEED phase sanction with the possibility to continue to the EPC phase until the completion of the Development phase including Project close-out.
The offshore subsea gas pipeline will be tied into the greenfield onshore Central Processing Facility (CPF) for Gas Condensate separation and compression. The onshore CPF facility has been designed for a capacity of 450 MMscfd of gas and 38,000 barrels per day of condensate.
The job holder will lead the Subsea Production Systems engineering and design scope (SPS) during FEED preparation and execution. She or He may also be involved in the current pre-feed extension studies. The Job Holder will be as well deeply involve in the FEED scope of work preparation until FEED sanction. During FEED, She or He will be in charge of the performance of the FEED CTR on time and on budget FEED deliverable submission for her or his scope of work and as well actively participate in the EPC CFT preparation.
The Job Holder will have numerous interfaces with other disciplines and entities.
ACTIVITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
The job holders must possess experience designing offshore Subsea Production Systems to ensure its safe and optimum project delivery as well as reliable operation.
The Job holder shall perform all her or his duties in line with Company procedures. The Job Holder shall:
Be in charge of all Subsea Production Systems from Basic engineering, Detailed Engineering / Qualification / Manufacturing / Fabrication / Construction / Installation / Pre-Commissioning activities performed by Contractor, whilst respecting local content requirement.
Review and approve SPS contractor engineering deliverable
Coordinate the technical reviews
Identify and solve, report technical issues that may arise during all Subsea Production Systems activities of the SPS package Lead.
Able to review the design of the SPS systems in compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Able to review calculations, simulations, and analyses to ensure the integrity and reliability of subsea equipment.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimise subsea system performance.
Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation measures.
Apply a system level view and decision making to the following typical activities:
o PFDs, schematics, block diagrams, field layout.
o Production assurance/flow assurance.
o Reliability/availability modelling.
o Testing and commissioning philosophies.
o Material selection, coatings and CP.
o Process safety, protection and risk management.
Identify, evaluate and report the key system technical risks, seeking mitigations where possible and populating the risk registers ensuring critical.
Liaise with Project QHSES, QAQC, to ensure that the SPS scope is designed to be safe, operable, and maintainable.
Assist QA/QC manager for all quality issues related to SPS engineering.
To attend all SPS engineering meetings, routine and subject specific, to pursuit Contractor’s resolution and close-out of documents.
Ensure that agreed project battery limits are adhered to.

Minimum Education: Engineer/ Master degree or other relevant and recognized qualification, have a Systems Engineering or Engineering Management background, including detailed knowledge of subsea systems and a minimum of 8 years’ experience of working in subsea projects and proven experience in major oil and gas project, preferably in Onshore/Offshore large project.
- Proven Major Oil and Gas project developments knowledge and experience.
- Prior experience in Design Leadership / Project Management
- 8+ years’ experience in one or more of the following packages:
- Subsea Engineering.
- Flow Assurance.
- Production Operations.
- Project Engineering.
- Hardware package delivery (Systems, Tree’s, Controls, Pipelines, Manifolds etc.).
- Installation In-depth knowledge of subsea engineering and the relevant best practices, codes & standards
- Familiar with Marine Operations using Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV).
- Past experience in Caspian Sea is a plus.
- TotalEnergies experience is added advantage.
- Past experience on FEED and CFT is a plus.
