General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Electronics Engineering;
- At least 1 year of experience in C/C++ and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP);
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Solid understanding of electronics and familiarity with the working principles of electronic components;
- Hands-on experience with microcontrollers such as STM32, Arduino, or ESP32;
- Basic knowledge of communication protocols like I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, and RS232;
- Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns;
- Experience with version control systems like GIT;
- Familiarity with flight control boards such as Pixhawk, Matek, or APM;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools;
- Basic knowledge of Matlab;
- Familiarity with Linux and RTOS is preferable;

General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering,
- Mechatronics Engineering, or Control and Automation Engineering;
- Solid understanding of the fundamentals of Control Theory;
- Familiarity with core concepts of Aerodynamics and Flight Dynamics;
- Experience in Matlab programming and Simulink environment (preferable);
- General understanding of coding environments and structures (C++ experience is a plus);
- Knowledge of GIT is preferable;
- Experience in developing line-tracking and autonomous navigation algorithms is highly desirable;
- Simulation experience in mathematical modeling and flight dynamics is a significant advantage;
- Experience in developing control algorithms for flight systems is preferable.

General Qualifications:
- Graduate from technical faculties such as Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering;
- Have knowledge about the initial conceptual design of aircraft;
- Be able to make appropriate engine selection by performing propulsion-power requirement calculations;
- Knowledge of aerodynamic equations and formulas well;
- Be able to perform aerodynamic analyses and interpret and improve the results;
- Be able to calculate moments related to control surfaces;
- Have knowledge about the flight principles of fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft;
- Have knowledge about flight dynamics;
- Very good knowledge of at least one of the scientific programming languages;
- Have experience in Matlab;
- Be able to perform flight performance calculations and present this data graphically;
- Have a very good level of flight dynamics, aerodynamics, propulsion systems and flight control background;
- Have a very good background in mathematics and physics;
- Understanding of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis methodologies;
- Interested in the development processes of conceptual aircraft;
- Able to use MS Office applications.
