Policy and Plans Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develops policies, methodological guidelines, and procedures for information technology and information security in accordance with the plan;
- Periodically assesses the security risks of information systems;
- Periodically checks the rights of authorized users;
- Responsible for development of segregation of duties matrix or role matrix;
- Manages security incidents affecting the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of information in the information systems at the Baku Stock Exchange;
- Determines information security requirements and elements for new systems to be established;
- Investigates security incidents and takes measures to prevent them;
- Responsible for the classification of data;
- Conducts periodic penetration tests of critical information resources based on the results of risk assessments;
- Provides recommendations to senior management for strengthening information security measures;
- Participates in the implementation of projects where information security requirements are considered;
- Participates in the improvement of information security standards for the company by using best practices;
- Monitors compliance with local and international laws on information security and prepares relevant proposals;
- Prepares periodic status reports on information security.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security or Information Technology are desirable.
Work experience requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of information security.
Language Skills:
- Knowledge of English is desirable.
Knowledge and skills:
- Licenses / Certifications: ITIL v4, COBIT 5, PRINCE 2, CGEIT, CRISC are desirable
- Knowledge of Office Programs: Microsoft Office, Visio (or alternatives)
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills.

Senior Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the activities of the Baku Stock Exchange comply with regulatory requirements and overseeing this process;
- Establishing and organizing the monitoring process for compliance with the requirements of regulatory requirements;
- Setting up monitoring for compliance of processes, internal rules, and supervisory body requirements;
- Submitting periodic reports on identified incidents and measures taken to eliminate them, and overseeing this process;
- Organizing communication of compliance-related issues to the employees of the Baku Stock Exchange;
- Conducting monitoring to ensure the adequacy and functionality of measures related to findings identified and resolved during supervisory inspections;
- Organizing detailed analysis of regulatory changes and ensuring their implementation at the Baku Stock Exchange;
- Ensuring that regulatory requirements are not violated during the automation of existing processes at the Baku Stock Exchange;
- Identifying risk factors arising during work processes and implementing appropriate action plans;
- Monitoring the execution of the strategy.
Education Requirement:
- A bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics is desirable.
Work experience requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Compliance, Internal Control, Operational Risks, or Internal Audit is desirable.
Language Skills:
- Knowledge of English is desirable.
Knowledge and skills:
- Licenses / Certifications: CAMS, CGEIT, BPMN 2.0 are desirable
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, MS Visio (or alternatives)
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills
