Risk Management Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide suggestions for the selection and application of methods and models for identifying, assessing, and managing risks that may arise on the way to achieving strategic goals, and participate in decision-making;
- Provide suggestions for managing, minimizing, and preventing operational and market risks, and participate in measures taken in this direction;
- Prepare necessary reports in the process of managing operational and market risks, collect data on key risk indicators, and conduct analyses;
- Identify potential risks for newly developed products and services and provide suggestions;
- Evaluate business processes conducted in structural units, conduct monitoring to optimize risks, and provide suggestions;
- Create a risk map and a Risk Appetite Statement, and implement a continuous control process;
- Conduct awareness-raising activities in structural units to enhance the risk culture within the company;
- Fulfill obligations and activities arising from the charter of the structural unit within the scope of authority;
- Monitor compliance with the company's Risk Management policy;
- Identify risk factors arising during work processes in a timely manner and take necessary steps;
- Strictly adhere to the company's internal rules, processes, policies, and instructions, and be responsible for any violations;
- Immediately report any accidents, incidents, and dangerous situations to the direct supervisor;
- Achieve semi-annual and annual targets set by the company and accepted by the employee.
Education Requirement:
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management or Economics is desirable
Work experience requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Financial Risk management, Treasury or Internal Audit
Language Skills:
- Knowledge of English is desirable
Knowledge and skills:
- Licenses / Certifications: FRM, CFA is desirable
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, MS Visio (or alternatives)
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills

Solution Architect

Purpose of the role:
Solution Architect plays a crucial role by merging expertise in trading systems and product development and external communication protocols (API). They focus on designing architecture, optimizing, and testing trading systems, ensuring that technical functionalities, securities, and trading platforms meet the needs of the users and align with the requirements and product vision.
Job requirements:
- For the Solution Architect, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Finance, is a fundamental requirement. This role is characterized by adaptability and teamwork, which is essential for operating effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Solution Architect should possess a deep understanding of capital markets, trading platforms, financial instruments, and their technical aspects. This role also involves collaborating with his division and users, who focuses on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to define the product's direction and prioritize features accordingly.
Essential requirements:
Key prerequisites for this cross-functional role include a strong understanding of their respective domains. Solution Architect must have expertise in trading system design, testing and external connection protolcols (API) and advanced English proficiency, and a knack for solving complex problems. Effective communication, market awareness, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are also essential skills.
Work experience:
- prior experience in trading system and their working principles or product-owner experience in capital market sphere.
Language skills:
- Proficiency in written and spoken advanced English remains a fundamental requirement. Effective communication is essential for collaboration, presenting findings, and guiding the development of trading systems and product features.
Computer skills:
- Both technical and product management skills are required, with proficiency in software testing, and technical documentation tools. Comfort with product management software, data analysis tools, and relevant technologies.
Desirable requirements:
Candidates with industry certifications, financial experience, a solid understanding of capital markets, regulatory knowledge, market research expertise, problem-solving skills, presentation skills, and familiarity with advanced analytical tools are preferred.
