Employer Branding & Campus Senior Recruitment Specialist

What you'll do:
Campus:
- Overview and conduct campus recruitment process for Caspian region (Azerbaijan & Uzbekistan)
- Ensure Recruiting objectives, activities and outcomes are coordinated and consistent with Staffing needs
- Sets and drives the strategy and for the entire recruitment for undergraduate programs and negotiates offers
- Attends recruitment events and meetings on behalf of BCG in Caspian
- Provides account and channel support within the context of marketing/branding (takes care of foundations and conducts foundation events, cooperates with student organizations)
- Organizes and conducts road shows, workshops, fairs
- Pushes for changes and identifies areas for improvement in campus recruitment process
- Understands the university and business school landscape, both locally and internationally- able to act as advisor to officer group and wider HR team
- Understanding of market and competitor landscape, acting as advisor to officer group and wider HR team
- Collect and analyze information and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
- Provide year-end analysis for core schools;
Employer brand
- Coordinating projects aimed to increase employee engagement;
- Maintenance of all employer brand related information channels of the company;
- Responsible for promotion of BCG Values;
- Manage logistics (planning, correspondence, execution) of recruiting process from marketing and events planning;
- Use the database to generate correspondence, reports, interview and event invitations;
- Development and implementation of a plan to promote employer brand for target audiences;
- Leading project of a newly created EVP implementation;
- Close work with the marketing department;
- Coordinate with local recruiting team to handle other office recruiting duties such as planning conversion/welcome weekends, planning and executing the summer intern program, etc.
- Lead and execute strategic projects as needed.

You bring (Experience & Qualifications)
Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- 5+ years of Employer Branding and Campus Recruitment experience required
- Must have proven experience in organization of online and off-line events (for different audiences)
- Understanding of social media marketing
- Experience in a professional services organization is highly advantageous
- English & Azeri – fluent, Russian is an desirable
- Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization

What you'll do:
Under the direction of the Recruiting Manager, you will support the complete life cycle of the Experienced Hire consulting staff & Business Services Team (HR, Finance & Accounting, Operations, Marketing, Legal, IT, Design), recruiting efforts for Caspian offices. This includes candidate pipeline development, candidate communication and relationship building, marketing and branding related activities, event planning and execution, planning and participating in the interview process, and all conversion activities. You will work with the Caspian office Managing Director and Partners , and Recruiting team to lead and execute the annual recruiting pipeline across OneBCG, entry-level core business consulting (Associates and Consultants) from experienced hire pools.
This includes the following responsibilities:
- Manage the local Experienced Hire recruiting process for Caspian offices and recruitment for Business Services Team (HR, finance & Accounting, Operations, Marketing, Legal, IT, Design), including coordination of logistics (planning, correspondence, execution) of the recruiting process from marketing and events planning, through screening, interviewing and conversion
- Cultivate relationships with candidates, following up with all inquiries while developing BCG presence and positive experiences
- Articulate BCG value proposition via candidate interactions, networking events, professional networks, etc.
- Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and principles are incorporated throughout the steps in the hiring process, from pipeline development to conversion; recommend creative and results-oriented ideas to cultivate a diverse pipeline
- Drive conversion activities for offerees
- Ensure recruiting records, global database, and metrics are up to date and accurate; track, manage, and report on candidate pipelines through applicant tracking system
- Use the database and other tools to manage data and generate correspondence, reports, interview and event invitations
- Provide support as needed throughout the year for Moscow office’ recruiting activities and efforts, such as various recruiting events and conversion efforts
- Collect and analyze information and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts, providing valuable input aimed at continuously improving our recruiting efforts; monitor and analyze the competitive environment
- Lead and execute strategic projects as needed

- High customer service and relationship orientation - strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly responsive, want to deliver great results at all times, able to develop effective working relationships with colleagues across the organization and candidates
- Excellent time and project management. You have clear systems and composure to deal with multiple tasks at once, with a great attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when under pressure.
- Organisational skills to assist with all the behind-the-scenes magic while providing creative solutions, driving our high-level customer service, and positively impacting our recruiting efforts
You bring (Experience & Qualifications)
Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- At least 3-4 years of full-cycle recruiting, HR, or relevant experience required. Prior professional services recruiting experience a plus.
- Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization
- Flexibility required, particularly around peak recruiting season and planning weeks
- Attendance at key evening and weekend events required
Functional and soft skills:
- A strong intellectual curiosity. You’re a creative thinker, interested in the bigger picture, always looking to solve problems.
- Self-motivated and trustworthy. You take initiative and are able to work independently, exercising judgment in managing confidential/sensitive information
- Ability to work overtime during peak recruiting periods
- Excellent communication in English; knowledge of Russian and Azerbaijani is a big plus
Technical skills:
- Strong computer and database skills: Outlook, Word, Excel (preferred), and PowerPoint
