Job Purpose:
- To prepare plan(s) for execution in line with project(s) over all schedule(s). Critically monitor project execution, and suggest appropriate and timely corrective action for completing project.
Key accountabilities:
- To update activates related to discipline in Level III plan in close coordination with Discipline In-charge, Planning & FEDC Manager and Construction Manager
- To generate 3-months and 4-weeks look-ahead schedule based on updated Level III plan and work front availability status
- Assist Planning & FEDC Manager to forecast requirement of material & equipment according to Level-III plan on quarterly basis
- Identify and update requirement of manpower, direct material, direct consumable and equipment based on 3-months look-ahead plan
- To generate discipline-wise progress reports from Project Control System (PCS) on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Closely monitor man-hours booking to appropriate cost centers
- Train subordinates according to company systems in order to enhance their business process understanding
- Accountable to create a safe working environment, manage risks, reduce exposure to hazardous liability and ensure implementation of QHSE policy
- Comply with all QA/QC standards (DIMS standards) as applicable to the company systems, policies, procedures, and documents in order to deliver the expected quality of work
Job context:
- The efficiency of this position is critical to update activities in context with overall Level III plan
- Has an important role in analyzing overall discipline wise progress & efficiency report to compare it with desired level of progress & efficiency for improvements as per requirement
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum Experience:
- 3 – 5 Years of relevant experience

HSE Engineer

To support I/C HSE in ensuring that the HSE policies are being properly followed to reduce the risk factor regarding any accidents on the sites and avoid hazard factors. Plan, develop, and monitor policies, and help in generating audit and other reports in order to implement HSE project plan and to keep it up to date.
Description
- Development of HSE Plans and Identifying Amendments in the Polices & Procedures:
- Develop HSE programs, method statements, safety plans and procedures applicable for the project site offices, facilities, equipment and properties including safety of all employees in order to create safe working environment
Implementation of Safety Rules and Regulations:
- Ensure that safety rules and regulations are implemented at the work site, tool box briefing is given to workers prior to start the work, and MSDS documents are monitored and distributed appropriately in order to deal effectively with HSE issues
Fulfillment of Client’s HSE Requirements:
- Ensure that approved work permits are available prior to start of work as required by the client; ensure HSE statistics and updates of project safety are on information board in relation to the client’s requirements in order to maintain positive image of the company
Ensuring Strong Communication Among Departments:
- Participate in monthly and weekly safety committee meeting with members of Safety Committee related to Emergency Response Plan to create strong communication so that the departments always get informed about the latest HSE developments.
Disaster and Emergency Management:
- Ensure that First Aid, Paramedic Staff and Site Emergency Task Force Staff are immediately available in time of emergencies or disasters as identified in the Disaster Management Plan. Conduct, review and update the Fire Prevention and Protection Plan suitable to the camp-site facilities and offices. Organize and coordinate Emergency Drill Exercise as planned under project site Emergency Response Plan. Ensure that all firefighting equipments, security alarm, fire alarm system, fire hydrant system are in excellent working condition at all times. Maintain Loss Prevention Reports, Fire Safety Records, HSE statistics for camp site offices and facilities.
Risk Assessment:
- Participate in HSE investigations in order to analyze the causes and recommend the corrective actions and trainings for the awareness in order to avoid and reduce the risk factor and develop plans for the future. Analyze the data gathered from HSE assessments through root cause analysis and H&S hazard analysis and administer the relative policies.
HSE Audit:
- Participate in the audit of HSE to monitor the results and highlight the discrepancies and give suggestions in order to ensure compliance with standards.
Environmental Protection:
- Ensure that camp facilities are operating in an environment-friendly manner in compliance with HSE local regulations and OSHA Standards. Support the project and site/facility management in fulfilling HSE responsibilities and administer the Project Environmental Health and Safety Program to maintain company image and fulfill social responsibility
Policies & Procedures:
- Recommend improvements to HSE system and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of HSE activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality service to clients and employees.
Taking the Ownership of Company QHSE Policy:
- Accountable to create a safe working environment, manage risks, reduce exposure to hazardous liability and ensure implementation of QHSE policy
- Comply with all QA/QC standards (DIMS documents) as applicable to the company systems, policies, procedures, and documents in order to deliver the expected quality of work.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Mechanical / Electrical or other relevant engineering discipline with preferably HSE science.
Minimum Experience:
- With minimum 4 to 8 years experience in industrial construction, oil & gas HSE regulations industry.
- Thorough knowledge of HSE regulations international code standards applicable to construction, oil / gas industry and ability to interpret it

Job Purpose:
To supervise assigned portion of project execution plan within allocated time while keeping the resources within budget lines and maintaining quality in order to deliver the planned progress and efficiency in given area of responsibility. Ensure that extra work is properly identified and reported.
Description:
- Ensure the execution of work assigned as per plan and notify scope change & scope variance to the immediate supervisor in order to meet the project schedule
- Maintain the quality of work as per defined project quality plan to mitigate the reworks
- Monitor progress of the work assigned on daily basis by utilizing systems’ generated reports in order to ensure the timely completion of the discipline work
- Understand WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), OBS (Organizational Breakdown Structure), Cost Centers and Standard Man-hours of the work area assigned. Relate Cost Centers with the BOQ items of payment to achieve revenue targets set for area
- Make sure that all required work permits are obtained in time and that the team understands and follows the conditions of the permit, in order to avoid any subsequent problems and conflicts
- Ensure that all factors related to work access like: scaffolding, excavation, vessel entry etc have been taken care of in advance, in order to execute the work according to the plan
- Analyze the work progress of the assigned area of control by using the supervisor- and cost center-wise man-hour efficiency reports and progress monitoring reports to ensure that supervisor follow the plan in executing the activities. Makes efforts to keep efficiency at 1 and improve it by optimizing resource utilization, and eliminating re-work and idle man-hours
- Give prime importance to human and assets Safety & Maintain Quality and safety standards at his job area. & Keep good housekeeping.
- Take measures for security of tool, plant and equipment and other assets being used by his teams.
- Organize daily Toolbox Talk explaining his team target of the day and safety and technical requirement to execute the target job assignments
- Understands coordination requirements between various areas and disciplines and appreciates that construction resources are precious and must be shared
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 3 - 5 years of overall experience
- Project Management Systems
- Discipline-specific skills (Mechanical/Civil/E&I)
