The Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for the company driving its overall growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the investment industry, with proven experience in developing and implementing successful business strategies. They will be responsible for ensuring the company's values are upheld and will serve as the primary public face of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for a Company, aligning short-term and long-term goals with the company's mission, values, and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to establish and review financial, investment, and operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee the company's investment strategies, ensuring a comprehensive approach to risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Foster a strong corporate culture that promotes excellence, innovation, and a client-first mindset among employees.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, regulators, and strategic partners.
- Monitor industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and position the company to capitalize on market shifts.
- Ensure the company's financial stability and sustainability, optimizing resource allocation and driving efficiency throughout the organization.
- Represent company at industry events and conferences, serving as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or similar) is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the investment management industry, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management principles.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic plans and business initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and inspire confidence among stakeholders.
- A results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on accountability, integrity, and ethical decision-making.
