Head of Legal and Corporate Governance

Basic requirements:

• Organizing the regulation and management of the employer's legal risks and methodical management of legal affairs;
• Supporting the preparation and drafting of contracts, agreements and other documents of a legal nature and conducting legal analysis;
• Conducting investigations and legal analyzes on various fields of law and providing legal advice and opinions related to the activity of the enterprise for the employer's management team;
• Providing the required legal support to the process of the employer's acquisition of a share in other enterprises, the implementation of legal entity reorganization forms and other projects;
• Supervising the acquisition of required licenses, consents, permits and other documents of this nature related to the activities of the employer and the enterprises included in it and, if necessary, providing legal support;
• Participating in the development of measures and internal rules and procedures for the improvement of the activities of the employer and its structural units, as well as the enterprises included in the employer, and providing legal support;
• Conducting negotiations with the parties the employer cooperates with, representing the employer before state bodies, courts, individuals and legal entities;
• Organization and management of the Department's work and timely and quality performance of any other tasks related to the position of Head of the Department.

Candidate requirements:

• Work experience: 5 years of work experience is required
• Advantage - Experience in working with corporate law and courts
• Education/qualification: Higher legal education.
• Language skills: Must know Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages at a high level.
• Computer skills: MS Office.

Salary: 3500 (net) AZN.
