Main job responsibilities:
- To ensure the preparation and implementation of the annual, monthly, weekly and daily production plan, which allows the realization of the production goal within the framework of the goals and objectives set by the enterprise
- Preparation of monthly and weekly reports on completed works and transfer to the necessary authorities;
- To determine the requirements of all production consumables (raw materials, packaging);
- Production monitoring according to the plan, analysis of delays in the planned works;
- Conduct discussions with the production manager to determine the causes of delays and eliminate these causes;
- Balancing of production and sales: providing a production forecast for the next year, quarter and month, taking into account the sales of the previous year, quarter and month;
- To monitor the warehouse status of raw materials, semi-finished products and materials, to order equipment according to customer orders, to create a raw material warehouse and to control the minimum warehouse for smooth and intensive implementation of the planned production according to the approved plan;
- To participate in the activities of lowering the cost and percentage of waste products.
- Periodically organize meetings with the Production manager and the Sales manager, identify the problems that have arisen and discuss the solutions;
Requirements and knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience in the position
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Detail oriented
- Problem solving skills
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Higher education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar field required
- Excellent level of Azerbaijani and English (knowledge of Russian language is desirable)
- MS office (good level - Pivot, Power BI)
Salary: 3000 AZN net.
