Required knowledge and skills:
- Higher education in technical, computer science, information technology and related areas.
- In-depth knowledge of major cloud platforms (eg, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must have the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- 3 years of work experience in Technical Support, Sales and customer service, cloud services.
- Sociable, inclined to communicate with people.
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
- Cloud service platform experience;
- Having knowledge of Cloud models, Cloud products and Cloud data security;
- Data analysis skills;
- Market research skills;
- Knowledge of the DATA Center environment and Tier standards;
- Ability to work with MS Office programs;
- Being proactive;
- Presentation skills;
- Ability to effectively manage time and stress;
- Responsibility, accuracy, attentiveness, planning and organizational ability;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Professional written and oral communication skills;

Main responsibilities:
- Continuously research cloud computing technologies, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS), as well as new products and general industry trends in cloud services.
- Communicating with clients to understand their business solutions and cloud service requirements;
- Communicate the value proposition of cloud solutions to customers accordingly;
- Organization of attractive demos to demonstrate the possibilities and advantages of cloud services;
- Developing solutions for practical proof of concept in cooperation with customers;
- Work closely with team members to develop comprehensive proposals and pricing structures for cloud services;
- Ensuring that offerings meet customer needs and industry best practices;
- Creating constructive feedback for the purpose of improving cloud services;
- Elimination of technical problems and questions arising from customers during the purchase process;
- To cooperate with the technical support team to promptly eliminate the problems that arise.
- Provide technical support to customers when necessary in the product application process;
- To act as a liaison between customers and technical support staff in order to ensure continuous customer satisfaction;
- To conduct in-depth market research to learn the innovations and trends in the field of cloud services;
