Position summary:
Head of Human Resources (HR) and Administration Department is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's human capital and administrative functions. This leadership role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's goals and objectives, additionally tasked with managing administrative operations to ensure a seamless and efficient work environment.
The Head of HR and Administration Department plays a critical role in shaping the organizational culture, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring the overall well-being of the workforce. This position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to effectively manage HR and administrative functions in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance in areas such as talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee development, and performance management.
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including training and development programs, career paths, and succession planning.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.
- Foster a learning culture that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts, and provide coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on HR and administrative performance.
- Oversee administrative functions, including office management, facilities, and support services.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance the overall effectiveness of administrative operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role 5+ years, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR and administrative strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
