Job description
The main duties of the successful candidate will be:
• Preparation of monthly internal and external reports
• Preparation and filing of reports to the state authorities
• Regular communication with clients and the state authorities
• Maintenance of employee files (contracts, vacation records etc.)
• Registration all necessary information in e-government system
• Preparing new employee files (contracts, orders etc.. )
Requirements
1. High degree of self-motivation and strong career aspirations
2. Knowledge of Labour Code and Tax Code
3. Good knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, policies, procedures of the Republic of Azerbaijan
4. Good knowledge of utilization of Electronic Government Portal;
5. 2 and more years of related experience
6. Degree in Law, Accounting, Business or Economics
7. Advanced written and spoken Azeri and English, Russian will be an asset
8. Ability to work in an environment of pressing deadlines and dynamic conditions
9. Must be a team player, yet highly self-driven and ambitious
10. Be creative and ability to focus on client service and strive to exceed clients’ expectations
11. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
