Supply chain specialist

Requirements:

- Higher education degree 
- Working experience in logistics and procurement not less than 2 years
- Highly developed negotiation and communication skills
- Advanced level in written and spoken Azerbaijani, English, Russian 
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Programs 
- Effective planning, organization and documentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced work environment
- Experience in preparing shipping documents
- Understanding freight forwarding terms and conditions

Responsibilities:

- Process the orders placements
- Arrange and monitor just-in-time delivery of goods
- Daily tracing of the placed orders 
- Preparation of the reports to the suppliers 
- Cooperation with sales, purchasing and marketing departments.
- Communicate with freight forwarders , arrange storage and consolidation of cargos
- Calculate delivery costs, choose optimal transport solutions
- Inform clients on current status and tracing of cargos
- Prepare shipping documents
- Solve operational problems;
- Keeping the records of the orders
