• Manage diary of Director and schedule meetings and appointments;
• Make travel arrangements (both business and private) and prepare complex travel itineraries;
• Draft correspondence and other documents;
• Manage and review filing and office systems;
• Sourcing and ordering stationary and office equipment;
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs.

Requirements
• Graduated from universities majoring in engineering (preferably production, management or mathematics related specialities),
