HR Specialist
Daily Job Duties:
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screening resumes
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Performing reference and background checks
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• the organization’s current structure
• Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
Requirements:
• Requires bachelor’s degree in technical or business-related field
• Experience in Human Resources - minimum 5 year
• Excellent knowledge of Azeri and English languages
• Good knowledge of computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job type: full-time
Working time: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, 5 working days a week
