Position: Software Team Leader
Responsibilities:
Manage projects
Manage team of developers
Delegate tasks to development team
Make development-related decisions regarding completion of tasks
Track all projects and tasks
Report on status of tasks and projects to different departments
Deliver completed projects and tasks to necessary department
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 18:00
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
5 years minimum Relevant Experience
4 years minimum project management experience
Languages: Azeri, Russian, English
Strong project management skills and experience
Strong design and application development skills and experience
Strong people management skills and experience
Good knowledge of information technology industry trends, products, techniques, technologies and processes
Strong organizational skills
Very strong multitasking ability
Strong attention to detail skills
Strong ability to work in teams with a collaborative interpersonal style
Very Good written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to effectively document procedures and policies
Strong ability to establish and track goals
Strong Leader
Ability to analyze the impact of decisions/changes before execution
