Purpose of the Role
At Leadlab Creative Agency, the Account Manager is the key link between clients and the agency’s creative, strategy, and production teams. This person ensures that all projects - from social media to campaigns are executed efficiently, on brief, on budget, and on time. The role requires a proactive, organized, and confident communicator who understands how agency processes work and can manage multiple clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication.
- Gather and clarify briefs, ensuring a clear understanding across internal teams.
- Oversee timelines, approvals, and the full delivery process of projects.
- Coordinate between creative, production, and digital teams to ensure alignment.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions.
- Prepare regular progress updates and ensure all outputs meet expectations.
- Maintain client satisfaction and contribute to long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Services professional in a marketing or creative agency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; attention to detail is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional, structured, and positive attitude toward clients and the team.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani is required; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
Compensation & Conditions
- Salary: 1000+ based on experience.
- Performance-based bonuses tied to client satisfaction and project delivery.
- Full-time, office-based role in Baku.
