Job title: Accountant

Workplace: Plant in Balakhani 
Condition: Office is in administrative building attached to the Plant 
Working hours from 8:00 to 17:00 for 5 days in a week (Monday to Friday)

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance 
- Fluency in English 
- Knowledge in material registration and cost calculation         
- Knowledge in technical (machinery, spare parts) field

Job description:
• Utilizes 1C accounting program to properly account for issues, returns, receipts of new materials and associated back orders; inputs essential data on all materials handled; adheres to strict accounting procedures in this regard 
• Conduct fixed assets personal sheets; ensure all assets given to the employee at joining are returned back in proper order 
• Conducts monthly cycle counts of inventory materials located at main, electrical and mechanical warehouses of the Plant; 
• Conduct complete physical stock checks of office assets annually; keep the register up-to-date with the new purchases assets 
• Conduct complete physical inventory count office coordinator and HSE stock semi-annually 
• Highlight any stock taking variances to the management 
• Prepare and distribute monthly and ad-hoc inventory levels and consumption reports to the management 
• Ensure that all related costs are properly taken into the inventory costs 
• Coordinate with warehouse team to implement and ensure a control system to reduce damage, breakage and inventory obsolescence 
• Support Procurement department in international purchasing
